This ebook license agreement („Agreement”) is entered into between Avernus Software Paweł Niedbał, hereinafter referred to as „Licensor”, and the user of the https://talentsmithy.art website, hereinafter referred to as „Licensee”, collectively referred to as „Parties”.

1. GRANTING OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to use the ebooks located at https://talentsmithy.art, hereinafter referred to as „ebooks”, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2. RESTRICTIONS

All ebooks on the Site are subject to the following restrictions.

• Personal Use: Licensee may use the ebook only for personal, non-commercial use. It is strictly prohibited to use the ebook for any commercial, promotional or business purposes, including but not limited to distribution, sale, rental or resale.
• Prohibition of Modification: Licensee may not edit, modify, adapt or create derivative works based on the Ebook. The Ebook must be used in its original, unaltered form.

3. OWNERSHIP

Licensor retains all right, title and interest in and to the Ebook, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Ebook.

4. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the license granted herein at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease using the Ebook and remove any copies in its possession.

5. DISCLAIMER

The Ebook is provided „as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the ebooks and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings or representations, whether written or oral.
